hello everyone, this is TWC, which means "the wrist curl" of course. I really think that all anyone needs is the wrist curl. think about all the
muscle involved in a wrist curl? I really feel the wrist curl will change your life!! it will help your sex life,it will help you financially,as a matter of
fact,it may just be the greatest invention known to man!!!! why do any other exercise? you can be the king of physical culture if you just perform the wrist
curl

Let's take this a step further, JGriff. How about TPD, which stands for 'the Push Down." That oft-neglected, much maligned ( and rightfully so)
stalwart of the toner crowd. TPD will lead you to a life of wealth, health, and happiness. Riches will be yours for the taking, women will swoon, and men will
envy you once you start on the path to greatness by abandoning all other exercises and dedicate your heart, soul, and entire life to the push down.
