I was working out daily 6 days a week then took a week off and decided to go 3 days a week with The Mark Berry Barbell Courses,and now have a freind into working out. Seeing as he has never worked out before I was wondering would The Mark Berry Barbell Courses be a good course to start him out with seeing as the first one has 15 exercises alone.I intend for the two of us to follow it to the letter.

Why don't you have him(and yourself) try a routine from Hardgainer or Brawn? Gauranteed sucess with that! Some (maybe most) of the older authors,even the good ones were still a little volume heavy in my humble opinion. But try the routine to the letter if you want and scale back if its gets to be too much

Oh well,good luck i need it:) well in the mean tim i can do situps and wrestlers bridges which are part of the 1st mark berry barbell course the preliminary exercises as well and bodyweight squats to keep the fat off.

I wouldn't just go the calistetic route. minimize our loses and train heavy on what you can. Also you might want to invest in an anger management program,if not, you better start squeezing your hand tighter.

Well he had it coming to him.He started it,when i started to walk off he violently laid hands on me so i had to defend myself.

Hope you heal quickly. the guy was drunk and going to the store to buy more booze and i got to his fave parking spot before he could and i wasn't about to move and when started to walk off from his drunk raving self he laied hands on me violently.
