All my life I have never been a veggie lover. As a kid I disliked the taste and texture of most vegetables, and many fruits for that matter.I know for health
reasons I should be eating more.I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for non-veggie lovers such as myself to include more in my diet.I eat stuff
like peas, carrots corn, and some potatoes, but it is some others I can't seem to acquire a taste for-squash,eggplant and so on.

I'm interested in hearing about how you structure your eating.

per week.

My daily meals go something like this:

The Beat Goes On: Heart Health and Nutrition

players who have strokes. Women, like men, need to pay attention to

heart disease; it is the #1 killer of women, higher than all cancers
