			<description><![CDATA[ Does anybody know of a baseball strength training program both in and off season, especially in season as that seems to be most of the year. This is for my
almost 20 yr. old. He plays college ball at a small D3 program. I don&#39;t think they get a lot of direction (or good direction) on weight lifting. He usually
lifts 5-6 times a week on a upper and lower body split. I would like to see if I could convince him to do 2-3 times a week. How would this mix with baseball
practice and games? I... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ hamstring injuries ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I can&#39;t help but notice every NFL season the rash of hamstring injuries (other sports as well). Seems like that would be a training emphasis, but I can
only think of a few movements that address the posterior of the upper thigh: SLDL, leg curl, backward extensions. I suppose practice sprints would help as
well. Thoughts anyone? ]]></description>
