power rack ( consisting of snatches, OH  squats. high pulls, push presses, cleans etc), as a finisher I went and did a few sets of one arm DB snatches with
90lbs. I think I just did two sets of 10. The Puerto Rican soldier who was doing slow one arm rows with the 90lbers asked me &quot; What do those work?&quot; I

			<description><![CDATA[ Man this place is not as lively as it once was! Anyway, since I have been training for a Highland Game this coming weekend I thought I&#39;d share what I have
been doing in the weight room. My workouts had varied some with explosive work doing &quot;stone&quot; squats ( a version of single leg squats), alot of
Olympic lifts and supplemental lifts and  Complexes. Yesterday&#39;s workout took one hour exactly, including the time it took to change clothes. Short, heavy

			<description><![CDATA[ The Redskins right guard Randy Thomas is out for the season again - right torn triceps, a complete tear of the muscle (the newspaper said this, I think it
would be the tendon) from off the bone. 2 years ago he tore his left triceps (not sure if it was completely off the bone or not).

And all the NFL players are clean supposedly and yet my (limited) understanding is this kind of injury is not seen without steroids; with them the muscle
becomes stronger than the tendons can take and tears... ]]></description>
